Go Low ("we," "us," or "our") is a DBA of Dad's Home Golf LLC. We operate the Go Low website and mobile application (the "Service") and are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. Please read this policy carefully. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service, and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and for legitimate business purposes. Specific retention periods may apply to certain data types (e.g., logs, support tickets). When we no longer need your information, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention practices.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
