Go Low ("we," "us," or "our") is a DBA of Dad's Home Golf LLC. We operate the Go Low website and mobile application (the "Service") and are committed to protecting your privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

When you access the Service, we automatically collect certain information, including: device information (such as device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers); log data (such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and access times); and usage data (such as features used and interactions with the Service). We do not currently collect biometric information (such as fingerprints or face scans) for identification or authentication. If we introduce features that use biometric data, we will update this policy and obtain any required consent in accordance with applicable law (e.g., Illinois BIPA, Texas biometric laws).

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 To Provide and Improve the Service

We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; to create and manage your account; to process your requests and transactions; to display your profile and content to other users as intended by the Service; and to communicate with you about your account and the Service.

We use your information to protect the security and integrity of the Service; to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or other harmful activity; to enforce our Terms of Service and other policies; and to comply with legal obligations.

5.1 With Other Users

Your profile information, handle, and content you post (such as beacons, reviews, and participation in rounds) may be visible to other users of the Service in accordance with the Service's functionality and your settings.

5.2 With Service Providers Updated

We may share your information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify. Key service providers include:

5.7 Course Partners New

We may share limited information with golf course partners (e.g., that a round was played at their facility, or aggregated trends) where we have a legitimate business purpose or your consent. We do not sell your personal information to course partners.

6. Data Retention Updated

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service, and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and for legitimate business purposes. Specific retention periods may apply to certain data types (e.g., logs, support tickets). When we no longer need your information, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention practices.

7. Data Security

7.1 Security Measures

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, access controls, and regular security assessments. 9. Minors

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us at support@getgolow.co and we will take steps to delete that information.

10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies Updated

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the Service. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We use them to: maintain your session; remember your preferences; understand how you use the Service; and improve our offerings. You can control cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling certain cookies may limit your ability to use some features of the Service. We comply with the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA) and related laws. We do not voluntarily disclose the contents of your private communications to government entities except as required by law or with your consent.
